What is your policy for cancelling a food truck booking?
For events that need to be rescheduled within 45 days, there will be a full payment requirement for any perishable food items. However, we always make our best efforts to accommodate your needs!
Can you please explain your billing process for booking a food truck?
To confirm your booking, we ask for a 50% initial payment along with a final 50% payment due 24 hours prior to your event that includes the chosen food truck.
How do I handle issuing invitations to guests for a food truck event?
Managing guest invites for your food truck event can be easily done through our user-friendly online guest management system under the “Invites” section, which you can choose to handle personally or entrust to us.
